I understand what it means to work the traffic, nurture a pipeline, follow up when prospects go quiet, manage contracts and buyer expectations, navigate construction timelines and work alongside construction, lending and other operational partners—all while being responsible for delivering results.
As my career progressed into leadership, my perspective expanded, but I never forgot what it was like to sit across the table from the buyer.
